I love my butt. I do squats only so I can enhance the natural beauty. What about you?
Work Out Thus Far:
5 mile stationary bike intervals: 200.9 calories
Work Out Planned:
JM’s 30DS or Ri30
AND/OR
1 mile jog
SWEAT = FUN.
Oh, yeah. I was sick. :[
My entire family is sick and I was worried my overexertion + lack of sleep would = me sick forever.
So when I started to feel sick I cut out the exercise a little bit and I was planning on taking a break after the 30DS. My body is looking great. I have a lot more definition and I love it :)
But, today I did a variety of moves that I learned through the 30DS + RI30. I liked it a lot :) It was a good way to ease back into my awesome work out mode :)

And now after I finish the Shred I will do both of those…the Ripped in 30 first, of course. And when I get back to the collegiate stomping grounds I will be able to lay like a lizard in the middle of the courtyard like all the other beautiful women :)

People think “large” people only think about food but “fit” people constantly think about it. Does this make sense? This is an awful misconception. When I was bigger I never thought about my health or food. Now that I’m trying to get fit all I do is think about food. Sorry, I’m a bit mind boggled by the world. :/
Even with my break (finals and bad eating blues) I still am seeing progress thanks to my hardwork and can-do attitude. I don’t know my weight yet but I believe in non scale victories :) I see a difference! Does anyone else? :)
Oh, and sorry for the bad quality of the during. Yes, I still have a smidge of stomach fat line near the pelvis :(
